You can sign up from both the app and website.

To create an account in hoichoi, click on the option "Login/Sign Up" followed by "Sign up"

Once you are led to that page, you would find an option to sign up with your phone number and email ID.

Enter your email ID and phone number and click on "sign up". You would then need to enter the OTP to complete the sign up process.
