The plan you're subscribed with will determine the number of devices you can be logged into and stream content on at the same time. You can check your plan details in the Account section of your hoichoi app or website.
Managing Device Limits:
- If you receive a login limit exceeded error, you can manage your devices by logging into your hoichoi account on the website and navigating to the Device Management section. From there, you can remove any unwanted devices.
- If you are streaming on multiple devices and exceed your plan's limit, you will need to pause playback on one of the devices before continuing on another.
