There could be various reasons for not being able to log in:

1. Incorrect Login Method:

   - If your login method is "LOGIN WITH FACEBOOK" but you attempt "LOGIN WITH GOOGLE" or another method, you will receive the error: "The email address is already linked to an existing account. Please login using the account." This applies vice versa for other methods. In such cases, use the correct login method.

2. Incorrect Email ID or Password:

   - If you use an email ID and password login method and enter either a wrong email ID or password, you will see the error: "Your email or password is not correct. Please try again."

   - To resolve this, check for any spelling errors or extra spaces in your email ID. If there are no mistakes, click on "LOGIN WITH EMAIL," followed by "Forgot Password." Enter your email ID and submit. You will receive a password reset email. Reset your password to log in with the correct credentials.


3. Exceeded Device Limit:

   - If you are logged into more devices than your subscription allows, you will see the error: "Exceeded the login request. Please log out from one or more devices to login."

   - To fix this, open hoichoi from any browser using [www.hoichoi.tv](http://www.hoichoi.tv). Once you log in, you will be directed to the settings page where you can remove devices for a fresh login.
