There could be various reasons for not being able to login.


1. If your login method is LOGIN WITH FACEBOOK and you are either clicking on LOGIN WITH GOOGLE or any other login method, you would get an error "The email address is already linked to an existing account. Please login using the account" . It would be vice versa for any other subscribed method that you have. For such errors, use the alternate right login method.


2. If you have an email ID and password login method, and entering either a wrong email ID or password, you would get the error message "Your email or password is not correct. Please try again"

For such an error, check if there is any spelling error or space while entering the email ID. If not, click on LOGIN WITH EMAIL followed by "forgot password". Enter your email ID and submit. You would get a password reset mail. Reset your password to login with the right credentials.


3. If you are already logged into more devices than is permisseeable against your subscription, you would get an error "Exceeded the login request. Please log out from one or more devices to login". For such an error, open hoichoi from any browser using URL www.hoichoi.tv and once you login, you would be guided to the settings page from where you can remove all the devices for fresh login.
