I have paid using iTunes, but my subscription is not active.

We request you to follow the below mentioned steps on the same Apple device from which you have activated the subscription and let us know if you are now able to access the content.


1. If you are logged in please logout

2. There would be Subscribe now. Please click on "subscribe now"

3. Next click on "restore purchase"


In case of any error messages, please contact our customer support team at support@hoichoi.tv or by initiating a WhatsApp chat from the app by providing a screenshot of the error message along with this, please do provide us with the tax invoice you would have received from Apple at the time of subscription.
