Annual subscription has been done automatically from the different bank account without any intimation..Also renewal not happened in the existing hoichoi account..please arrange to refund the amount immediately.also please deactivate the auto renewal process immediately.

Cannot renew from Abu Dhabi. After filling up card details asking for Zip. What to fill?
Not proceeding to payment without Zip. Pl. advise.
