Failed Subscription amount.

I am from Bangladesh. I have tried to recharge the subscription amount through mobile banking payment system for 1 year subscription amounting Tk. 749. but the amount has already been deducted but the process did not completed as a result i could not complete the process. I am requesting to return my money or activate subscription for 1 year. This event took place at 9:20 pm Bangladesh time.


Kindly solve the matter quickly.
