I have applied the promo code, but I do not see the discounted amount.

The full amount is E-MANDATE from your bank, not the deduction amount. The discount amount will be deducted from your end as you have used the discount code.

So after applying promo it shows the amount that will be deducted but again on the UPI page it shows the actual amount that will be deducted next tenure as a mandate which you can cancel at any point within the year. However the payment will be of the discounted amount for this first time

The other value you see in the next screen represents the mandate max amount which matches the plan amount. That means we will never charge more than the plan amount in the next payment cycle. Could be less but not more than the plan amount.

We would like to inform you that as per the RBI guideline regarding the E mandate, purchasing a subscription for the first time enables the. auto pay

E mandate refers to a set of standing instructions, which acts as a consent form issued by an individual to a third party, allowing the third party to auto-collect recurring payments from the individual’s bank account. Thus signing up and purchasing the subscription enables auto pay.

However, we would like to inform you that you can cancel the autopay anytime via contacting us before the expiry date.

Post purchasing the plan kindly let our customer support team know so that they can opt out the auto renewal form at their end. Also you can cancel the auto pay via UPI MANDATE SETTINGS available in the UPI App (If you have paid with UPI only) from which you have made the Payment (like Gpay or PhonePe) or by contacting the bank.
