When you start playing a video, it will automatically default to "Auto" mode. The quality of the video in this mode depends on your internet speed.


For a better viewing experience, you can manually change the resolution to "High" quality.

  • If you're using our website or TV app, click on the "Auto" button at the bottom right corner of the screen, then select the desired resolution.

  • By adjusting the resolution, you can ensure a smooth and high-quality viewing experience.
