This is an error you'd receive in your LG or Samsung Smart TV device for watching 18+ contents if you do not have the parental control enabled and a pin set from either your phone app or laptop/desktop browser.
To enable the parental control, visit hoichoi from the website or the phone app --> go to settings --> enable parental control --> click on 'reset pin' and set up a pin --> click on 'viewing restrictions' and choose the type of contents you'd want to have a restriction on and save.
Note:As per Government regulations, parental control is a mandate. You would need to have the pin entered on restricted contents only once per session.
