My subscription has failed, but my balance has been deducted.

Due to certain gateway fluctuations a subscription might fail to be be completed successfully at our end. 


If such happens, it usually gets auto reversed within a period of 5-7 working days (these exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays).


In case you do not get the money credited back to your account after the stated period, you can either contact your bank or contact the Customer Happiness Team along with a screenshot of the updated bank statement.
