I have purchased using Grameenphone, but my account is not active

The activation process for the GP Bundle has changed.


First, purchase the bundle from the MyGP app or www.grameenphone.com/hoichoi


After purchasing the pack, log in to the Hoichoi app with the same GP number using GP internet (mobile data, not Wi-Fi). Your GP Bundle will be automatically activated.


If the bundle does not activate successfully, please contact Grameenphone, as the activation process is solely handled by them.
