How do I enable parental control?

To successfully enable parental control, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account via the app or website.

2. Click on "Account" and select "Parental Control."

3. Enable the toggle for "Parental Control." This will activate the "Viewing Restrictions" option.

4. Click on "Viewing Restrictions" and authenticate your subscription.

5. On the restrictions page, choose the category you want to restrict and click "Save Settings."

6. Enter your PIN to save the settings.

Note: If you don't remember your PIN, click on "Reset your PIN" to set up a new one. You can also use the touch ID option.

This feature is session-specific, meaning you need to enter the PIN only once per session for the first restricted content you access.

You will receive this error on your LG or Samsung Smart TV when trying to watch 18+ content if parental control is not enabled and a PIN is not set up from your phone app or laptop/desktop browser.

To enable parental control:

2. Go to Settings.

3. Enable Parental Control.

4. Click on "Reset PIN" and set up a PIN.

5. Click on "Viewing Restrictions," choose the content types you want to restrict, and save.

Note: According to government regulations, parental control is mandatory. You only need to enter the PIN once per session for restricted content.
