I can only hear the sound, but cannot see the video when casting on TV Print

This situation usually arises if you are using Mira-cast or any other casting mechanism that Hoichoi doesn't support.

However, if you are using an inbuilt Google chrome-cast or the external Google chrome-cast device and getting the error, then please initiate a chat with us and we'd look into the same.
