Please follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Check Internet Connection

  • Ensure your Fire TV is connected to a stable internet connection.
  • Run a speed test to confirm your internet speed is sufficient (Hoichoi recommends at least 5 Mbps for streaming).

2. Restart the Device

  • Restart your Fire TV by going to Settings > My Fire TV > Restart, or unplug it from the power source and plug it back in after 30 seconds.

3. Clear Cache and Data

  • Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications > Hoichoi.
  • Select Clear Cache and then Clear Data.

4. Update the Hoichoi App

  • Make sure the Hoichoi app is updated to the latest version.
  • Go to the App Store on your Fire TV and check for updates for the Hoichoi app.

5. Reinstall the Hoichoi App

  • Uninstall the app and then reinstall it.
    • Uninstall: Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications > Hoichoi > Uninstall.
    • Reinstall: Search for "Hoichoi" in the Fire TV app store and install it again.

6. Check for Fire TV Software Updates

  • Ensure your Fire TV device is running the latest software version.
  • Go to Settings > My Fire TV > About > Check for Updates.

7. Verify Your Hoichoi Account

  • Make sure your Hoichoi subscription is active.
  • Log out and log back into your account.
