It is very annoying that I am not able to cancel my subscription. Why do I need to talk to the support team, if I cannot unsubscribe, I will make a case on Hoichoi.

Strongly agree on all who have posted about this issue. Why one has to contact support before cancelling? The internet world is very open, and every content provider allows online cancellation without any second question being asked EXCEPT this Hoichoi. This is just annoying. Because of this 'business (marketing) mentality' I will never come back!
