Subscribed but can not watch

Yesterday I subscribed to hoichoi. Today my account showing no subscription. It is asking me to become a member or buy a subscription.

I can’t watch Hoichoi on Lg smart tv but it’s working on my iPad safari or app. Please fix the issue immediately.

I have already renewed my subscription, according to the set conditions, I am suppose to see programs in 2 devices simultaneously, though I am able to see it in my laptop but when I am trying to cast it through chrome cast from my android phone, it's asking for new subscriptions. Pl help.
I changed my device from Samsung galaxy S21 fe to IPhone 16 pro max. After changing my device I can not watch hoichoi. I subscribed to hoichoi but it’s not working. Pls help me.
