Cannot watch

I get a message that "USER HAS EXCEEDED THE DEVICE LIMIT. GO TO DEVICE MANAGEMENT AND REMOVE IT"Ii HAVE BEEN CONNECTED WITH 1 DEVICE ONLY SINCE START.
